iPhone stand alone application Radiology Teaching File is in the final stages of preparation. More info to follow soon.

Allow cases to be organised in 'playlists'
For example create a list called "Medical Student CNS cases" to which a bunch of cases can be added. The list is then kept on your userpage for quick retrieval. Would work well with Quiz mode.

Ability to comment on cases
I am new to this site. I was trying to see if I can post comments on individual images and cases but could not find a way out. Is this feature available?

That is a good Idea. We have revisiting editing rights, edit history etc… slated as part of the next phase of development following the new site redesign (Feb 2009)

Mailing and iPhone apps
I think it should be possible to mail text and images directly from the iPhone app to friends and colleagues

create a filter for quiz mode that allows your to sort by modality and body part (i.e. CT ABD/PEL).
Many residencies are designed around rotations that are largely modality based (such Body Imaging, which is largely CT with some MRI). It would be useful for quiz mode if you could pull only the CT cases from the abdomen, for instance, so that studying could be that much more efficient. The cases are all there, we just need a more powerful way of utilizing them.

Maybe make it possible to click case by case by case like ACR
once in a case series, say 'head and neck' be able to click through each case sequentially, rather than return to the browser menu.

have made RDP my home page - perhaps take the diagnosis from case of the day until clicked on or so.
Maybe allow the user to have a think about the case of the day prior to the diagnosis being easily available, perhaps if even just on the second page that it opens to.
