    Quiz mode for cases

allow a 'case list' to be viewed in quiz mode, and allow users to set up cases with images ordered as they should be viewed with intervening questions. (ie after the first two images, ask "what is you differential now?" "what other test would you perform and how?" etc..)

Allow cases to be organised in 'playlists'

For example create a list called "Medical Student CNS cases" to which a bunch of cases can be added. The list is then kept on your userpage for quick retrieval. Would work well with Quiz mode.

I suggest you have separate quiz section, someone can edit it

out of the cases that are submitted to the site.. some can be kept aside for a weekly quiz may be. A section editor can do this job.

    remove ads

i suggest you remove the big toshiba banner at the bottom. its enough to have sponsored by toshiba at the top of the main page. You gotta see some sites sponsored by Bayer and Merck. Grow up Toshiba!

We're extremely appreciative of Toshiba's support to date, and think that the amount of branding on the site is appropriate.
We have a site redesign coming up and would welcome further comment when we go live with the new styling. Please be assured that any clumsiness in the current site design is our fault, and not Toshiba's.

Image editing and export for publication

allow images to be cropped, tweaked (contrast etc) and annotated (arrows, text) optimized for publication. Then export them as TIFFs with DPI and size appropriate for the journal in question. Make it easier than photoshop etc...

    Ability to comment on cases

I am new to this site. I was trying to see if I can post comments on individual images and cases but could not find a way out. Is this feature available?

That is a good Idea. We have revisiting editing rights, edit history etc... slated as part of the next phase of development following the new site redesign (Feb 2009)
